FreshGrownTX Pre-Rolls
Recently, Planet K, a well-known shop in Austin, rolled out the FreshGrownTX line of hemp-based cannabis pre-rolls. I first caught on to these during a visit to Planet K asking for pre-rolls. With penetration pricing at approximately $7 for a 2-gram Zaza pre-roll at the time, I had to see what’s up.
The Bottom Line
This pre-roll is a solid choice. You’ll definitely feel great after using it. In my opinion, it’s the best value pre-roll available in Austin as of the time of this publication, offered by Planet K.
Considerations
If you’re an experienced cannabis enthusiast, you might initially find that the effects of this pre-roll are somewhat mild, similar to other pre-rolls you may have tried in the past. However, the more you consume during your session, you’ll likely begin to notice a gradual increase in potency, leading to a more elevated experience.
These pre-rolls are enjoyable but also highly functional, which is one of the best aspects of a mellow feel like this. In my experience, it resembles the uplifting and energizing effects typically associated with sativa-dominant strains. It provides a clear-headed sensation that allows for enhanced focus and creativity, making it ideal for daytime use or for activities that require mental clarity and motivation. Unlike heavier strains that may lead to couch-lock or lethargy, this particular feeling encourages productivity and a sense of well-being. Overall, it strikes a perfect balance between relaxation and functionality, allowing one to enjoy the moment while still being able to engage with the world around them.
For those seeking something with a bit more kick, consider some of the stronger alternatives that I highly recommend, such as Hippy Crippler, or Death Star pre-rolls. These options are designed to deliver more intense effects and can enhance your smoking experience significantly.
Whether you’re looking for something to help you unwind after a long day or seeking a more robust high for social gatherings, there are plenty of choices available to suit your preferences.
